The pain is said silence. But I wonder what will become of our city, one of him? What will become of Montevideo, he mutilated? And I wonder what will become of us, not inexplicable kindness?

not express the pain of his loss. He was a poet, was a novelist, was an essayist and, above all things, was a good man. Never bowed to power. His death leaves a void left by the big big. Of his work will be born poets, as he always wanted, and will live on in time. He no longer suffers, rest now.
